ShopFlow is a digital product. Refund decisions should be transparent and tied to whether the delivered product materially matches the offer.

Eligibility window

Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may be considered when the theme has a verified blocking defect or materially fails to match the listed feature set.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not issued for change of mind, theme preference shifts, lack of Shopify knowledge, or custom setup work completed outside the listed ShopFlow support scope.

Support-first approach

Before a refund is approved, the ShopFlow team may attempt to resolve the issue through guidance, bug fixes, or replacement files when a defect is clearly reproducible.

How to request a review

Include your purchase details, Shopify store URL, license tier, and a clear description of the issue so the team can review the request efficiently.
