ShopFlow Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases of the ShopFlow Shopify theme and associated updates, support, and license rights.
Product scope
ShopFlow is sold as a premium Shopify theme with modular sections, conversion-focused ecommerce features, and the support entitlements described on the pricing page.
License activation
Access is granted after successful payment. Starter and Pro licenses cover one live store each. The Agency tier covers unlimited client stores and includes white-label rights.
Updates and support
Starter includes 6 months of updates and community support. Pro includes 12 months of updates, email support, and future presets. Agency includes perpetual updates and priority support.
Acceptable use
Customers may not resell ShopFlow as a standalone competing theme product, redistribute source files outside the purchased license scope, or remove attribution from licensed client deliverables where required by contract.
